DAY PROGRAM
Our day program follows Gwinnett County’s School schedule and is geared for individuals who have aged out of the school system. We strongly believe when individuals with disabilities age out of high school, their journey is just beginning. Our day program consists of community outings, educational activities, field trips, cooking, etc. We offer 3 different schedule options and our hours are 9am- 3pm.
